We offer three delivery methods to suit different site conditions, product types, and customer requirements. When placing your order, our team will discuss which option is most appropriate for your situation and provide a full cost breakdown before you confirm anything.
Our full-service delivery and installation option is ideal for customers who need precise placement of their container or building, or who have site conditions that require specialist equipment. Using a forklift or crane, our team will deliver, position, and install your unit exactly where you need it — including confined spaces, elevated positions, rooftop placements, or uneven terrain where a standard tilt-bed truck cannot reach.

Our installation team will liaise with you prior to delivery to survey the site, confirm all equipment requirements, and provide a transparent installation quote with no hidden charges.
Our most popular delivery option for customers located near one of our regional depots or within a well-serviced delivery corridor. Your container or portable building is loaded onto a tilt-bed flatbed truck and delivered directly to your site within 3 to 7 business days from the date your order is confirmed and payment is received.
The driver will tilt the bed and slide the container off into the position you direct, as close to your desired location as safe vehicle access allows. This is a highly efficient delivery method and works well for the majority of residential, commercial, and construction site deliveries.
Site requirements for this option:
Suitable for: standard 20ft and 40ft shipping containers, 8ft × 10ft anti-vandal units, steel and anti-vandal cabins, and most toilet and shower welfare blocks being placed on accessible, level ground.
For customers located in more remote areas, rural regions, or at a greater distance from our nearest depot, we offer extended delivery timeframes to ensure we can still reach you at a competitive price.
Available to customers in moderately remote areas or states serviced through a secondary logistics partner. All the same site access requirements apply as with the standard 3–7 day option. Your delivery will be handled by a trusted regional partner under our full quality standards, and we will keep you updated throughout the process.
For the most remote or difficult-to-access locations across the US — including parts of Alaska, rural Montana, northern Maine, and other areas requiring multi-leg logistics planning. Our team will map the full delivery route, coordinate with regional partners, and keep you proactively updated at each stage. We never leave a customer without a delivery solution — wherever you are, we will find a way to get your unit to you.

If you have any concerns about your site's suitability, please contact us before your delivery date. Our team has extensive experience with challenging sites and can advise on the best approach or recommend our forklift/crane installation service where standard delivery is not possible.
Delivery costs are calculated based on your location, the distance from our nearest depot, the size and weight of your unit, and the delivery method selected. A full delivery quote is always provided and agreed before you confirm your order — there are never any surprise charges. For orders over $5,000, free or discounted delivery may be available depending on your location. Contact our sales team to discuss.
Once your order is confirmed and dispatched, our team will contact you with your scheduled delivery date. We will call you at least 24 hours in advance to confirm the arrival window, and the driver will call approximately 1 hour before arriving. For extended deliveries, we provide regular updates at each stage of the logistics process.
